• What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?

We charge for a recorded delivery by a Nationwide reputable carrier network (typically either FedEx or APC) at a very competitive rate based on the volumes that we send. There is no such things as genuine ‘Free Delivery’ as advertised by some, it’s merely added into the price, instead we want our customers to be able to identify and separate the cost of goods from the cost of delivery.

• Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?

We use ‘Stripe’ as our payment process provider as their charges are low and they accept all major credit & debit cards, and we comply with the requirements of GDPR.

• How long will delivery take?

Typically, only 24-48 hours from placing of order, but occasionally if the warehouse is in between stocks it may take a little longer, but we would always notify immediately.

• How secure is shopping in the online shop? Is my data protected?

As safe as it is possible to be! We use the highest possible standards of encryption.
